*For any of my recipes I always spray my roaster/crocks & casseroles with pam to prevent sticking*

BERRY CRUMBLE(3 ww pts per serving)
1 box yellow cake mix
4 cups frozen berry mix
1 can diet zup
Preheat oven 350 F

1.Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish
put all the berry's in the baking dish
pour cake mix powder(unmixed) on top of berry's
pour can of pop over top of cake mix.
2.Cover with tin foil and bake for 20min
3. Remove foil after 20 min and bake uncovered for 40 more minutes

S & S RIBS
Preheat oven 350 F
Ribs (your choice of cut)
Mix the following ingrediants together;
1 Can tomato soup
Ketchup(few tbsp to your liking)
1/2 cup Vinegar & 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 onion diced
Salt & Pepper

1. Put ribs in roaster cover with sauce and onions
2. Cook covered for 1hr
3. Take ribs out of roaster to rest; meanwhile on stove thicken sauce with cornstarch, mix 2 tbsp cornstarch with 1/4 cup cold water then slowly add to sauce.

HERB ROASTED CHICKEN & VEG
preheat oven 400 F
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 cup water
4 med potatoes, cut into 1/4 or use small round yukons
2 cups carrots
4 chicken breasts(boneless & skinless)
paprika & oregano
*add any veg you like to the dish

1.stir soup & water together, place veggies in casserole dish  pour sauce over top, place chicken ontop of mixture.
2.Sprinkle chicken with oregano & paprika
3.Bake at 400 F for 50 min

PIZZA DOUGH
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp(packet) dry yeast(any yeast will do)
4 tbsp oil
2 tsp salt
2 - 2 1/2 cups flour

1.Mix water and sugar together add yeast and let stand 10 min, then stir well and add oil, salt & 3/4 cup flour & beat until smooth. Stir in additional 1 1/2 cups flour to make soft dough.
2.Knead for 8-10 min
3.Place in a greased bowl & turn to coat. *Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45 min then punch down and divide into 1/2
4. Add your sauce/toppings etc to your liking and bake for 20-35 min at 375 F
*I let my dough rise for a good 4 hrs I usually make it around 1 and it's ready by supper time to use, usually I get one large pizza and a medium and sometimes enough left over to make a calzone, it depends on the humidity/heat factor

MARINATED VEGGIES
2 lbs carrots
1 med red onion
1 green pepper(or red whatever you like)
1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
*mushrooms are optional, I use about 1 cup sliced

MIX: 1 can tomato soup, 1 cup white sugar, 1 tbsp worchesershire sauce, 1 tsp salt & pepper, 1 cup vinagar, 1 tbsp oil
1. Chop all veg to bite size
2. place in big bowl(I use a dutch oven)
3.Cover with sauce and chill for 6-8 hrs then enjoy!
